If an eligible page is not found in Google Search within 30 days after the completed SEO setup, DigitalUrgency will refund the SEO setup service fee — subject to the website remaining live, accessible, and compliant with Google's requirements.

Eligibility: the website must remain live and publicly accessible, must not block indexing (via robots.txt or noindex), must comply with Google's spam and quality policies, and must not be penalised or de-indexed for reasons outside our control. "Indexed" means the page appears in Google Search (for example via a site: query). Indexing timing is ultimately controlled by Google; we optimise for it but cannot control when it happens.
